By leading the Sgroi Lawley sales team, he optimizes performance and ensures alignment between sales objectives and overall business goals. Urmas plays a key role in analyzing market trends and adjusting strategies to stay ahead of industry developments. Prior to Sgroi Lawley, Urmas spent over three decades at M&T Bank, with his last 14 years as a commercial branch manager. In this role, he managed the retail sales team and collaborated with business owners on their financial needs, including deposits, cash management, retirement planning, and commercial loans.

Urmas holds FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses with LPL Financial, and a NYS Life, Accident, and Health License.

Urmas recieved his bachelors degree from SUNY Frediona.
